Our Policy
You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Some exclusions apply (see below).
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
- Faulty or damaged items – If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
- Incorrect items shipped – Let us know if you receive the wrong product, and we’ll arrange a return or exchange.
- Change of mind – Unused, unopened items in original packaging may be returned for store credit or exchange (shipping costs apply).
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used food, treats, or supplements
- Prescription medications or veterinary diets
- Personal or hygienic items (e.g., grooming tools, bedding)
- Live animals, insects, or frozen products
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us – Log in to your account at petshopnearme-au.com and submit a return request.
- Pack Your Item – Securely repackage the product with all original tags and packaging.
- Ship It Back – Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- For change-of-mind returns, store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
